How the classes look like?
Organization of classes
We learn online for 30 minutes, twice a week. The classes are held Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Each student chooses 2 slots, 30-minutes-long each. It’s a Face-to-Face learning with a native speaker. The teacher shares his screen with the student along with the material covered during the lesson. After each class, the student obtains an e-script with the notes made during the lesson. We work on Microsoft 365 tools (excel, word, teams, copilot). Our classes are designed for the students at, at least, high school age. The classes always begin and end on time. The lessons not cancelled will be forfeited and not rescheduled, nor refunded.
Teams as a Meeting place
At our school, all the classes are held online on Microsoft Teams. To take the course, the student will be able to install the free version of Teams on the computer (recommended) or to use the link to the meeting provided by the teacher. Before the start of the course, a Test Run will be conducted: the teacher will connect with the student via Teams and check the quality of the connection. The student will be given clear instructions for installing Teams. Should there be any unexpected issues, the student will be able to rely on the school’s support to properly configure the program. In case of any technical problems during the classes, a break in the network connectivity or other disruptions, the lesson will be rescheduled to another date, mutually agreed upon with the teacher. For the entire module (8 classes), the student will be able to individually sign up through the Teams calendar or to provide the teacher with the selected time slots. The schedule for the entire module is agreed before the course begins.
Teams is a modern remote communication tool that makes teacher-student collaboration very easy. In addition to the available online class scheduling, it gives the opportunity to chat with the teacher in real time, even outside of the regular class hours, for example, to send a material or any language query.
In addition, in Teams the teacher can use the screen sharing option to present any content during the classes. The teacher shares the material being covered on his computer screen, and thanks to the program’s features, he has the possibility to edit it: underline selected text, color important words, add comments, notes and many more.

2. We will determine together the language level and the learning objectives. It can be a short text to read or a short conversation with the teacher.
3. You choose a course available on our site, according to the level you have determined with the teacher and the agreed learning objectives.
4. We schedule our meetings.
5. The payment for 1 module of the course (499 PLN) should be made before the start of the first lesson, by making a transfer to the bank account visible in the School Policy section.
6. We conduct a Run Test: we check the connection and explain what and how 😊.
7. We start our lessons.
